Overview
Sites are spread widely apart under mature trees, providing natural shade across the property. The resort includes a community center, laundry and shower facilities, a family pool, and an adults only pool and jacuzzi.
Monthly rates run significantly lower than comparable coastal areas, making it attractive for extended stays.
Property Highlights: Features the largest pool in the Coastal Bend, an adult-only pool, a jacuzzi, basketball and pickleball courts, pool tables, ping pong, and air hockey in Family Clubhouse, a fishing pier, laundry and shower facilities, WiFi, picnic tables, pet-friendly policies, and much more.
Site Features: Deep pull-thru and back-in spaces with full hookups and natural shade, city water and sewer, 30 and 50 amp electrical available.

Rules
Fires
Observe all Fire Ban postings. Absolutely no open fires are permitted per Aransas County Fire Department. All fire pits must have a screen spark cover
Quiet Hours
Daily 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
Check In/Out Times
RV Check in 9:30 am, RV Check out 12:00 pm
Pets
No more than 2 pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash under the direct control of the Occupant when they are outside Occupant’s RV. Pets are restricted from all Resort buildings and pool areas. You must dispose of pet waste properly.
Pools
Pool Hours: 8 AM to 10 PM (Weather Permitting) Adult Pool and Hot Tub: You must be 17 years of age to enter and use these premises. Family Pool: No children under 17 years of age in the pool without adult supervision
Lakes and Ponds
No boating. No swimming in lakes or ponds. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult No Lifeguards on duty.
