Had paid for two nights but was there only one because of a family emergency. Asked for a refund for the night we didn't stay explaining why but wasn't refunded. The night we did stay there was dirty linen in the bedroom and only one person could take a hot shower otherwise the water was cold. The bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was like you were sleeping downhill. I will never stay there again and Definitely not recommend it .
