Rules

Deposit Policy

All reservations must have an arrival date and departure date. If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date and we do not hear from you, your site will be held open and your deposit will be used for the time you are late. If you are delayed, please notify our office so that your deposit will not be in jeopardy.

General Policies

1. Park speed limit: 5 MPH. Pedestrians have the right of way. 2. Pets must be on a leash at all times. No more than 2 pets per site. Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup. Bags are provided throughout the park. Pets must not constitute an annoyance or danger to other guests. Do not leave pets unattended at your site. Pets are not permitted in buildings or pool area. 3. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior. Small children must be accompanied by adult at all times. 4. Obey all pool regulations as posted at pool entrance. Bathing suits are required to swim in pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 5. Airtight seals are required at the sewer connection. 6. No clotheslines permitted at sites. Wash may be hung in drying yard in laundry area. 7. Place all trash in the provided dumpsters at the front of park. 8. All visitors must register at office upon arrival. 9. Park vehicles in front of units. Only one RV and one vehicle (truck/car) per site. 10. Gate cards for access through the electronic gate are available to renters for a charge of $15 per card, refundable upon return. Remotes are available for $25 deposit, refundable upon return. 11. All “fast food” deliveries must be met in the parking lot. 12. Please observe Quiet Time – 10:00pm to 7:00 am 13. First Load Wash – 7am. Last Load Wash – 9:30pm 14. Mail is received daily except Sundays and Holidays. It will be posted at your assigned box. A green flag is hung in front of mailroom on post when mail has been sorted and ready for pickup. 15. All Guests are to park in visitors parking area outside the security gate. If your guest is handicapped, park your vehicle in the guest parking area so your guest can park at your site. 16. Rec Hall hours are from 8:30am to 9:00pm. The hall stays open for special events and in the case of Severe Weather Warnings. 17. Hand Watering is allowed on Tuesday only. No sprinklers. 18. Cargo Trailers may not be kept on site at anytime. They must be put in the storage area with Manager approval. 19. Boats may be kept on site a maximum of 3 days with Manager approval. 20. Fire pits are not permitted by local ordinance. 21. Relatives of tenants are permitted during the Winter months for no more than 2 weeks. 22. CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00am

This is a very vibrant park; it reminded me of the 60’s or 70’s. The park was amazing and nothing small. This was actually a really big park and had a lot to offer for a really reasonable price. The location was perfect as it was close to a lot of great places to eat at. I was pregnant when we visited this park and food was the major thing for me. Yet they did have a lot of other great things. Like really nice restrooms and a good cleaning schedule for the park itself.
