Lake Buchanan is one of the few lakes that has sandy beaches and a sandy bottom for great swimming, and that's why thousands flock there year after year to vacation. Just a short drive away are sites like the Black Rock Park, Longhorn Caverns State Park, Vanishing Texas River tours and the Inks Lake State Park.
