The space
Queen bed in master & queen sofa bed in living area. Kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster & Keurig all ready to be used. The outdoor patio grill provides a great alternative to traditional cooking.
Guest Access
Cottage is located inside Ballard's RV Campground. Pull into the park & the cabin is the building on the right after the garage/shop area. There is a two-car driveway in front of the cottage with more spaces to park near the front entrance.

Non-Factory Steps
Management must pre-approve any non-factory steps to RV.
Sewer & Water Hookups
Sewer and water hookups must be fitted appropriately and supported to prevent leaks.
Liquid Waste
You cannot dump liquid waste of any sort on the ground or dumpsters. Please ask the office where you can place it.
Extended Stay Guests
Extended stay guests are required to use the sewer support ladder.
RV Units
All units must be in complete working condition. Units 10 years or older will need to be approved by management.
Water Hose
You must have a heated water hose installed before November 1st, otherwise water will be locked until one is installed.
Outdoor Trashcans
No outdoor trashcans we provide dumpsters.

Children
* Parents are always responsible for their children’s behavior and safety. * Please supervise small children in the Restrooms/Showers * Do not allow children to play in the roadway, your safety is our top priority.
Laundry
* The laundry room is available 24 hours a day. * Please do not smoke inside buildings. * Please clean dryer lint filters after use. « Please make sure you have all your belongings once you have finished; we do not have a lost and found. * Please help keep it orderly where we can continue to keep it open 24 hours a day. * Do not abuse the machines or the room. * Please be courtesy to others and promptly remove your items from washers and dryers upon completion; the laundry room is for campground tenants only.
Restrooms/Showers
« These facilities are available 24 hours a day. - No smoking, horseplay, pets, washing dishes are allowed in restrooms/showers. Please take all your belongings with you after each use, or we will have to throw it away. . These facilities are only for our camper's use, please don't abuse them.
Campfires
Fire rings are allowed for campfires if they are contained, not left unattended, and extinguished before leaving it. « Fireworks are prohibited on all campground premises.
Garbage
Please help us stay clean by depositing all trash in the provided dumpster. « No trash left out on your site nor in any trash cans must be taken to the dumpster provided.

I love how well-preserved the natural environment at this park is; the coast is my favorite part of the campground. The dunes are incredible, and I always come across spectacular wildlife. I've seen several Western Snowy Plover which is on the endangered species list, and some really pretty fish. I've gone fishing here a few times, and just sitting out on the lake is so peaceful; even if you don't catch anything, you won't regret just being out there. The campground is obviously preserved by people who care very deeply for the environment and it shows. The RVing is also great The facilities are usually clean, and I always really appreciate that there's water and toilet facilities; whenever I bring my nieces and nephews we spend a lot of time at the picnic tables and they agree that it's a nice addition to each individual campground. The only thing missing in my opinion are shower and laundry facilities, so I hope they add that soon enough! I'd definitely recommend this campground, especially if you want to relax and enjoy nature solo or with some loved ones. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

My Family thought this was a great camp ground, launch ramp for fishing right there. They do have sites located on the "Wall" which are dirt with no much to talk about except your right on the water. ON the other side of the campground are the grass sites which are comfortable size and have a fire ring and picnic table. Little store onsite and also they do sell wood, right out of the campground is a really nice beach cant miss it drive right by it and also a store and restaurant right up the street from there.
