Atlanta State Park Campground

Overview

The Atlanta State Park Campground is located in the beautiful town of Atlanta and is a great spot for an authentic Texas vacation. Onsite, travelers can look forward to geocaching, birding, hiking and mountain biking, and with such fantastic scenic views, many visit to take great nature photographs. Campers also flock to this campground each year for the abundance of great local attractions surrounding the park. For the outdoor enthusiast, there's also a number of other parks of hiking, biking, birding and sunset viewing, including the Daingerville State Park and Caddo lake State Park. There's also a ton of historical landmarks like the Texas Street Bridge and Ace of Clubs House (museum), and the RW Norton Art Gallery and Eighth Air Force Museum are definite favorites. For the adventure-seeker, there's the Holiday Springs Water Park, Budbug Madness Festival and Gators & Friends Zoo and Amusement Park.
