Pet Policy
NO aggressive breed animals are allowed in park at any time such as Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Sheppard, ect. ALL pets MUST be on a leash, MUST be picked up after and MUST be kept quiet. 30lbs or less are permitted
Reservation Policy
1. For reservation information and modifications contact the manager by phone. 2. Reservations are non-transferable and the guest for whom the accommodation is reserved may not be changed. 3. Reservations guarantee accommodations only. Reservations do not guarantee a particular site; however, we try to honor requested sites whenever possible. 4. All reservations are based on availability. 5. Reservations for less than fifteen (15) nights may be made two (2) months before a planned stay. 6. Reservations for more than fifteen (15) nights may be made three (3) months before a planned stay. 7. To be placed on a waiting list for accommodations contact the manager. 8. Reservations not redeemed on the check-in date are automatically cancelled and the accommodation and deposit are forfeited. 9. Daily Deposit - 1st night's stay. 10. Weekly Deposit - $50 11. Monthly Deposit - $100 12. Boat Slip Deposit - 1 month slip amount.

We stayed here twice on a recent trip. The park seems like it's mostly long-term residents, but they do have overnight accommodations, which is what we were looking for on this recent trip. The first trip was uneventful, but you do hear quite a bit of traffic noise. Our return trip involved a late arrival due to a breakdown, but we kept them informed of this. Even so, when we arrived at the site, our reserved site was taken by someone else, so we had to drive around and find another site, with the park layout being somewhat difficult to follow when it's dark. The park office wasn't open when we left, even though we left after it was supposed to be open. When we contacted them by phone afterward and let them know someone had taken our site, they seemed rather cavalier about it, which I found somewhat disconcerting.
11/3/2020Thank you for your review, we always welcome feedback for how we can improve our park. I did want to address the comment made about your reserved spot being taken. This does happen on occasion as those without a reservation will pull in, see an open spot and take it. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if the person parked there is in fact the person who reserved it. I do recall however that we had several spots available and that when we spoke you did let me know that you were able to locate a site and park overnight. I will look to see why the office may have been closed after posted business hours and address that. Thank you for staying with us.

Very close to I20. Can hear the highway noise but it's not bad. The Campground is laid out in some semi circles. Offer 30 & 50 amp. Ptu & Fhu&back in WiFi & cable (lots of channels). Sites are close by but not on top of each other. On dirt with some grass & some shade. Separated by fences. Takes Good Sam. Laundry, & bath but didn't use them. Fine for an overnight stay. The sites are narrow. Also no dog run, just some patches of grass to walk them. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
