Service Dogs Only - Exclusion of Pets in Designated Rental Units

Please note that only service dogs are allowed on the premises. This policy applies specifically to the rental units that state 'no pets allowed.' Service dogs include K9 service dogs and law enforcement dogs.

Extra Vehicle Parking

Each cabin is allowed to accommodate one extra vehicle in addition to the included vehicle. However, please note that boats are considered extra vehicles.

Large Deluxe Cabin Camping

You have the option to request a rollaway bed, which is similar to a twin-size bed. Simply let us know in advance, and we will accommodate your request.

Military/LEO (Law Enforcement Officers) Discounts

Our special discounted rate for Cabin Camping sites is $700 for Military/LEO (Law Enforcement Officers). If you are currently serving on active duty in the military or law enforcement, please give us a call to secure your discounted rate. We also offer a 10% discount for military personnel and law enforcement officers for stays of up to 6 nights. If you plan to stay for more than 6 nights, please contact us for further discount details.

This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. ALL MONTHLY GUEST FEE'S ARE DUE ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH NO LATER THAN THE 5TH, A LATE FEE OF $20 WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH DAY AFTER, NO EXCEPTIONS.

SPEED LIMIT IS IDLE. PEDESTRIANS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. A $20 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR ANY TRASH OR DOG MESSES OUR PARK HAS TO CLEAN UP, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please keep your site clean and free of clutter. No clotheslines please. We have a strict no-aggressive-dogs policy on the premises. Additionally, we kindly request all pet owners to clean up after their dogs. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee.

All guests and visitors must be registered at the office. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. Please notify the office if you wish to stay longer than initially planned.

The monthly rates for RV sites do not include electricity.

ALL MILITARY & LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL GET A DISCOUNTED RATE OF 10% OFF. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PASSPORT OR SAMS...

ALL MONTHLY GUESTS: ALL LOT AND SITE FEES ARE DUE ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH AND NO LATER THAN THE 5TH, STARTING ON THE 6TH A LATE FEE OF $20 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED. WEEKLY GUESTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $20 PER DAY AFTER THEIR DESIGNATED PAY DATE HAS PASSED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS....NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.... GUESTS CAN BE ASKED TO LEAVE AT ANYTIME. ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER WITH OFFICE AND SIGN PAPERWORK. SPEED LIMIT IS IDLE. PEDESTRIANS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. A CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR FEES FOR TRASH AND PET MESSES OUR PARK HAS TO CLEAN UP. PLEASE KEEP SITE AND LOTS FREE OF CLUTTER.
