Hard to get into off main road. Large amount of bridge work going on in area and will be for several more years. Ask you about age and condition of your rig when reservations are being requested. Get there to find old greyhound bus as converted rv and fema trailers as permanent residents. Go figure they hassle you as a daily user but allow very old dirty unmaintained as permanent residents. Manager does poor job and has no consent of what customer service is. Guys in carts that lead you in are very nice and helpful. Feel sorry for who they have as a boss. Park has major raccoon problem so if you get out at dark stay away from trash can area. This has been an issue for years and still not fixed. There are better places in Houston to stay for no more $$.

No wifi. Ants and roaches in the grass and trees which invade your trailer. Management gives no privacy, they drive around in the golf carts and shout out the rules if they don't like what they see.

Too many bug, roaches and ants. Their city water turns my tanks and toilet green and there is wifi outside the clubhouse.
