Drive the countryside to view farmers harvesting crawfish, sugar cane, soybeans or rice. Vermilion Parish is a treat for birdwatchers, and keep your eyes open, you may even get to see an alligator. This beautiful campground is nestled in a secluded and shaded paradise. The location is great as it’s centrally located in the Heart of Lafayette and New Iberia with many attractions, restaurants, shops, and downtown that is very close by. There are 55 sites with full hookups and only a few that doesn’t have sewage, but all have a great range of amenities that would excite any camper. There are a lot of activities inside the park, yet the main attractions are in the surrounding areas. It’s a lovely place to go out and explore everything that is offered and have a nice retreat in nature. Overall this is a wonderful and pleasant place to stay after a long day of activities, or traveling, for a really great price.
