We've come to 30 acres for many years. Every year we book for the next and remind with a friendly phone call at least twice during the fall and Spring. This year however all hookups are filled and we were sent to a spot which we thought was nice until the AM when our feet were covered with dirt and sand and no way to keep it out of camper even with several rugs on ground. There is no dump station there is no washing facilities , And we are charged
more for electric and water hook up. We are paying what we paid for full hook up all the other years.. I understand going up in price but it is not right to say you have amenities that you do not have. Nice man, very sad this year.

I have stayed the last two years 2016 and 2017. It is very safe and friendly. The staff is great and offer help beyond your expectations. Will be returning in 2018. Enjoy all that the park has to offer. Hope to see you there😍
